Nur Hanisah Hashim, from Kunak, is slowly but surely stepping into her role as a Data Analyst at Groom Venture. With a Biology background, she’s learning to see data as more than numbers—its a tool to understand stories and drive real change.

Certified as a Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Hanisah is now working with community-based datasets, cleaning raw inputs and building early dashboards with care and curiosity. She’s not the fastest learner, but she’s consistent, committed, and always willing to ask, try, and improve.
